As Tuition1 provides digital services, physical shipping, courier delivery, and shipping charges are not applicable.
3. Teacher Registration & Service Activation
Teachers can submit their registration details through the website. Where a registration fee applies, the registration process is completed after successful payment confirmation. Profiles are subject to review and approval before being made publicly visible. Payment does not guarantee immediate publication or student enquiries.
4. Delivery Timeline
After successful payment confirmation, the registration is recorded electronically. Profile review and publication may require additional processing time. If your payment succeeds but your registration is not updated, please contact our support team with your registered mobile number and payment reference.
5. Service Validity
Paid teacher registration plans are valid for one year from the date of confirmed payment, subject to the applicable plan terms. The plan validity period and profile approval status are separate.
6. Student & Parent Services
Students and parents can explore available teacher profiles online. Any tuition arrangements, class schedules, and teaching fees are discussed and agreed upon directly with the respective teachers.
