1. About Tuition1

Tuition1 is a managed matchmaking service operated by Wynxio Technologies. We do not merely list profiles — we actively connect students with verified teachers through a structured, human-mediated process. Students submit their learning requirements, our team reviews and identifies the most suitable teacher from our verified database, we coordinate and arrange a meeting between both parties, and only after both sides mutually agree to proceed does any payment occur. Tuition1 itself does not directly provide tuition or educational services.

2. Nature of Service

Tuition1 provides a managed connection service with a pay-after-match model. Here is how our service works:

• Students submit their learning requirements (subject, budget, schedule preferences) through our registration form.
• Our team carefully reviews the requirements and finds the most suitable teacher from our verified database.
• We coordinate and arrange a meeting between the teacher and student at a mutually convenient time.
• Both parties interact, discuss, and decide whether to proceed. Only when both sides agree does any platform fee become payable.

We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or outcome of any tuition sessions conducted between teachers and students. Any arrangement made between a teacher and a student after the introductory meeting is solely between those two parties.

3. Teacher Registration & Verification

Teachers register on Tuition1 by submitting their qualifications, skills, and experience through our registration form. Our team reviews each registration and verifies credentials before a teacher is considered for student matches. While we make reasonable efforts to verify teacher credentials, Tuition1 does not guarantee the accuracy of any information provided by teachers. Students are advised to independently verify teacher qualifications during the introductory meeting before engaging their services.

4. Platform Fees

Tuition1 operates on a pay-after-match model. No payment is required at the time of registration. Fees are charged only when a teacher and student mutually agree to proceed after the introductory meeting.

• Students: A one-time fee of ₹99 per teacher, payable only after both parties agree to proceed.
• Teachers (Standard): A fee of ₹499 per student, payable only after both parties agree. No upfront registration fee.
• Teachers (Premium): A lifetime membership fee of ₹2,499, which includes the first student at ₹499. Subsequent students are charged at ₹299 each. Includes priority listing and featured profile badge.

All fees are non-refundable once paid. By proceeding with a match, users acknowledge and accept this policy.

5. Privacy & Personal Data

We collect personal information (name, email, mobile number, qualifications, photo) from teachers during registration, and from students when they submit contact requests. We are committed to protecting your personal data. We will not sell, rent, or share your personal details with any third party for commercial purposes. Data is used solely for the purpose of facilitating connections between teachers and students on this platform.

6. User Conduct

Users of this platform agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid platform fees
• Post inappropriate or offensive content

7. Limitation of Liability

Tuition1 and Wynxio Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform, including disputes between teachers and students, quality of tuition sessions, or any financial transactions made outside this platform.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
