Tuition1 is an online platform operated by Wynxio IT Training, a division of . Our platform acts solely as a connection service between students seeking tuition and teachers offering their services. We do not directly provide tuition or educational services ourselves.

2. Nature of Service

Tuition1 is a directory and matchmaking platform. We list teacher profiles to help students find suitable tutors. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or outcome of any tuition sessions conducted between teachers and students. Any arrangement made between a teacher and a student is solely between those two parties.

3. Teacher Listings

Teachers are listed on this platform after submitting their registration and completing our verification process. While we make reasonable efforts to verify teacher credentials, Tuition1 does not guarantee the accuracy of any information provided by teachers. Students are advised to independently verify teacher qualifications before engaging their services.

4. Registration Fee — Non-Refundable

Teachers are required to pay a one-time registration fee of ₹499 upon successful verification of their profile. This fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after registration
• Failure to receive student inquiries
• Removal of profile due to policy violations
• Discontinuation of the platform

By paying the registration fee, teachers acknowledge and accept this non-refund policy.

5. Privacy & Personal Data

We collect personal information (name, email, mobile number, qualifications, photo) from teachers during registration, and from students when they submit contact requests. We are committed to protecting your personal data. We will not sell, rent, or share your personal details with any third party for commercial purposes. Data is used solely for the purpose of facilitating connections between teachers and students on this platform.

6. User Conduct

Users of this platform agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid registration fees
• Post inappropriate or offensive content

7. Limitation of Liability

Tuition1 and Wynxio Technology shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform, including disputes between teachers and students, quality of tuition sessions, or any financial transactions made outside this platform.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
